Consistent with the proclamation issued today by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, the Post Oak Savannah GCD will remain open and serving the safety and needs of the citizens of Milam and Burleson Counties under a modified schedule. For POSGCD, effective Monday, March 23, and continuing at least through Friday, April 3, it is recommended you contact the staff person with which you wish to speak directly by email. That information may be obtained through the District’s website at www.posgcd.org
While staff will continue operating under these new guidelines, consistent with standards issued by the Center for Disease Control, the District office will endeavor to have at least one staff member present at the District’s offices to accept delivery and answer phones, however for the protection of the public and staff, the doors will remain closed. All staff will continue to be available and working from remote locations during normal business hours of 8 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday. We realize in some instances this may cause some slight delays in processing applications and issuing certificates and permits, however, the delays should be minimal. As always, we appreciate the support of the public in these times.
