Sifuentes joins POSGCD as Field Technician

On August 1, 2017, Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District welcomed Ralph Sifuentes as a Field Technician. Sifuentes was born and raised in Hearne, Texas before moving to Rockdale in 1979. . Mr. Sifuentes has over 27 years of experience in drilling and groundwater.
