The Aquifer Conservancy Program (ACP) has two new term/payment options available to new applicants and currently enrolled participants: 30 years at $15 per acre/per year, and 50 years at $25 per acre/per year. Currently enrolled participants can make changes to or “upgrade” their contracts through October 1, 2022, to ensure changes are reflected in the 2022 payment. Payment is issued after the completion of each enrolled year, so payment for the year 2022 will be distributed after the start of the new year, January 2023. Contact the office with any questions.
