Public Hearings - Drilling and Operating Permit for the production of groundwater

Notice is hereby given of the following public hearing that will be held at the time
and place listed above on the following application, to-wit:

Amendment to existing Operation and Production Permit. Chucks Oilfield Service,
LLC, whose address is P. O. Box 26, Caldwell, Texas 77836, submitted an
application on June 19, 2008 for an amendment to existing operation and
production permits for a system of two water wells to operate in aggregate. The
amendment application seeks to amend the Permit in relation to the total amount
of annual production which may be produced by this well system from 6 acre feet
per year to 46 acre feet per year to be used for Oilfield services. The permitted
well system is located on 3.00 acres of land, more or less, a part of the S. F. Austin
Survey, Burleson County, Texas, belonging to Charles A. and Cindy Owen, located
approximately 1/4 mile south of the intersection of State Highway 36 and FM 976 in
Burleson County, Texas.
