The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) will hold
public hearings on the 2010 Budget, Production Fees, Transport Fees, Fee
Schedule, and Rules of POSGCD.

The Board of Directors will consider adopting the 2010 Budget, Production Fees,
Transport Fees, Fee Schedule, and amending the Rules of POSGCD at the Board
meeting following the public hearings.

These public hearings and board meeting will be conducted at the District office
located at 310 East Avenue C in Milano Texas.

All interested persons are invited to attend and provide public comment. Written
Comments will be filed by mail to POSGCD, P.O. Box 92, 310 East Ave. C, Milano,
Texas 76556, by facsimile to 512-455-9909, or by email to posgcd@tconline.net.

Information related to the above referenced items and public hearings are
available to the public for inspection, review and copying at Post Oak Savannah
Groundwater Conservation District offices, located at 310 E. Ave. C, Milano, Texas
during office hours from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
